If you’re migrating your data from another CRM to Sellf, there’s a pretty easy way to get the job done. Login at https://app.sellf.io/settings/data/import/* and upload your data in a single CSV file. Please, read this help article for further info.

Sellf will bill your credit card based on the whole number of users in your account. If you add users or perform other upgrades, these will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and then fully billed at the start of the next cycle.
You will be billed for the total amount of licenses in your account, not only the active users.

We host our servers in market-leading cloud operators and all your data is protected and encrypted via SSL standard. The security of your data is of the highest priority for us. In order to provide the most seamless experience possible, everyone in your team using Sellf needs to be on the same plan, with a payed license.
For example, if you purchased a Starter Plan but you’d like to take advantage of the features of the Performance Plan, all of the users on your account will need to be upgraded to that plan as well.
When you upgrade your subscription, the payment system takes automatically into account your payment history, applying a pro-rata, this means you’ll be charged for the cost of the Performance Plan, minus what you’ve already payed with your current subscription.
